Classic Mini Mk1-850

 

This beautifully finished classic Mini is one of our full restoration projects here at DeltaStyling. The vehicle underwent a complete transformation from the ground up, beginning with a full rebuild of the framework and bodyshell, ensuring every structural element was returned to as new condition. The car was taken back to bare metal, meticulously prepared, and fully repainted to achieve a deep, flawless finish that honours its original charm.

All running gear and engine components were rebuilt and restored for smooth, reliable performance, staying true to the vehicle’s heritage while ensuring modern dependability. Inside, we carried out a complete interior refurbishment, renewing every detail to create a clean, period correct cabin that complements the car’s classic character.

Lotus Elan Restoration – DeltaStyling Project

 


This Lotus Elan was a customer’s car brought to DeltaStyling after suffering significant front end damage. Our skilled team of fibreglass fabricators carried out a complete rebuild of the damaged section, restoring the structure with precision and traditional craftsmanship. The body was taken back to bare fibreglass, reshaped and corrected, then carefully prepared and fully repainted to achieve a smooth, factory quality finish.

Triumph GT6 Custom Build – DeltaStyling Ongoing Project

 


This Triumph GT6 is an ongoing custom project at DeltaStyling, showcasing the creativity and engineering skill of our workshop. The car has been extensively modified to house a Rover V8 engine and gearbox, transforming its performance while retaining its classic character. Our fabricators have also designed and hand crafted a custom front bumper, reshaped rear wings, and a bespoke rear spoiler, giving the GT6 a unique, purposeful look that remains true to its heritage.

This classic Mini Cooper features a hand laid pre-preg carbon fibre roof, crafted to our own design. Each layer is positioned with care by our skilled fabricators, ensuring perfect alignment, strength, and a flawless weave pattern. Once prepared, the panel is ready for the oven curing process, where it achieves its final rigidity, finish, and lightweight performance.

Metal Fabrication - DeltaStyling

 

 

Every restoration at DeltaStyling begins by mounting the vehicle onto our full rotation rotisserie system, giving us complete access to every point of the car. This allows our team to carry out the essential stage of dedicated metal fabrication with absolute precision. We carefully inspect the entire shell, remove any rotten or weakened panels, and hand craft new sections to original specification.

This process ensures that every project we complete is structurally sound, safe, and built on a solid foundation before moving forward to bodywork, paint, or mechanical restoration. It’s a core part of the traditional craftsmanship that defines DeltaStyling.
